RETURNS
All returns my be within 7 days of the purchases date. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds. We do offer store credit and you can use it to exchange a size or for another Item on the website. Jewelry/ accessories are FINAL SALE, bodysuits are also FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING PROCESS
To exchange an item please email us at pinkclassicboutique@gmail.com, give us at least 24-48 hours to respond to your email. Place the item in its original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping will take 3-6 business days to process.We are not responsible for any damages during the shipping process or lost items.
